All Spark Plugs Out, with a Ratchet %26amp; Socket can you turn the Engine by Hand? NO..........%26quot;Rebuild Engine!%26quot;; YES, Is your Battery Strong Enough? Cables Good, Clean %26amp; Secure? With the New Starter in can you jump start the Car?

Could be hydrolocked or have a broken valve or some other obstruction in a cylinder. Put a 1/2 inch drive on the crank pully and spin it over by hand. if it goes clunk and stops dead the problem is internal. Pull the spark plugs and try to crank it. if water sprays out clean the plugs and reinstall, otherwise look in each cylinder with a flashlight. You may need some serious engine work either way.
check tha battery cables incase they are decroded.....
maybe the battery isnt strong enough to turn the engine over. check to make sure all connections are clean and tight.
