i have recently changed my starter motor on my 2001 Ford transit 2.4 330LWB HR but i think i have Wired it wrong please can some one give me a link to a free wiring diagram thankyou :)

I doubt you have wired it wrong,more like not earthed it properly.
Try putting an earth direct to it from the battery and see if that helps.
Are you sure the starter motor relay is not at fault?
